I understand that stuff happens, however scheduling an appointment involves the reservation of time that is set aside especially for you. When your allotted time is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else.
When you schedule time with me you are paying for my time, my space, my training, and my experience. When there is not proper notice there is a charge for that allotted appointment time whether it is used or not. An empty chair costs money.
In order to avoid paying the full fee for late cancellations, appointments must be cancelled via text or email (no phone calls) with at least 24 hours notice. If you are ill, I suggest that you switch your appointment to virtual or reschedule as soon as you are aware of your symptoms. Fees for missed appointments due to sickness will be waived on a case by case basis.
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment (a no show) you will automatically be charged to the full fee.
Pro-bono clients a minimum fee of $25.00 will be charged for late cancellations and missed appointments.
